Listed below are the range of professional services we offer to a number of clients.

Planning Submissions

Initial Consultation Meeting – This meeting gives us the opportunity to meet you, understand the project and plot out the next steps to move things forward. This consultation is free of charge.

Site Survey – This visit to your property enables us to take measurements and review any features of the site that we need to take account of when preparing the planning application and associated drawings. This site survey is free of charge.

Planning Application – We will produce all of the drawings required for the application, complete the application forms and liaise with the local authority planning department as required. The planning application fee paid to the local authority will be in addition to the fees quoted below, typically this will be paid directly by you once the application is submitted.

Permitted Development – £500.00

Single Storey extension – £600.00

Two Storey Extension – £800.00

Single Dwelling – £1,500.00
